ABOUT
Marketing was never meant to be another thing on your to-do list.
I know how easy it is for social media to become the thing that keeps getting pushed to tomorrow. Not because you don't know it's important, but because doing it well is hard. Anyone can take a photo and hit post. Building a presence that actually works for your business takes strategy, intention, and a whole lot more time.
I believe your social media should do more than keep your business visible. It should help move the people discovering you through a journey—from stranger, to familiar face, to someone who trusts you enough to become a customer.
MISSION
And in a world where we're constantly being marketed to, that journey can't feel like one more sales pitch. It needs to feel human. It needs to sound like you. It needs to show the people, passion, and purpose behind your business.
Halo Effect exists to help business owners turn their social media from something they have to keep up with into a strategic tool that helps more of the right people find them, trust them, and ultimately choose them.
While working as a real estate agent in 2023, I started creating content for other businesses on the side. At first, I was doing what I thought marketing was supposed to look like—posting consistently, following the “best practices,” and helping businesses show up online. But I got curious, and a little competitive. I didn't just want to make better content or see better analytics. I wanted to understand how marketing could actually contribute to a business’s growth.
So I started digging deeper. I learned about strategy, customer psychology, positioning, and the journey someone takes before deciding to work with a business. And the more I learned, the more I realized that great marketing isn't about simply being visible—it's about being intentional with that visibility.
Once I started applying that thinking to my clients, I saw the difference strategy could make. Social media became more than something to maintain; it became a tool for helping businesses grow.
I'm obsessed with growth, and even more obsessed with helping people reach the goals they set out for. So in 2025, that passion ultimately turned a side gig into Halo Effect.
Hi, I’m Haley
THE HALO PHILOSOPHY
Strategy before content.
Good content gets attention. Good strategy gets attention from the right people and gives that attention somewhere to go.
We start by understanding your business goals, your ideal customer, their desires, objections, and decision-making process. Then we build marketing that moves people through that journey—from discovering you to choosing you, working with you, and eventually coming back.
1
Your business is the foundation.
You know your business and your audience better than anyone. My job isn't to pretend I do—it’s to understand it deeply enough that I can help more people find it.
I become an extension of your team, bringing the marketing strategy and execution while you bring the expertise.

Marketing isn’t magic
Social media can't fix a broken customer experience, unclear offer, or lack of follow-up.
That's why I care about what happens outside of social media, too. The goal isn't simply to get people to your page. It's to create a marketing ecosystem that gives them a reason to take the next step.

Helping good businesses help more people.
I’ve worked with all kinds of people, real estate agents, medical spas, coaches, lawyers, hair salons, etc. They were already fantastic at what they did, but they were ready for their marketing to prove it.
WE’D MAKE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You genuinely care about the people you serve, not just the sale.
- You'd rather grow slowly with the right customers than quickly with the wrong ones.
- You want your marketing to reflect the personality that makes your business worth choosing.
Let's talk about where your business is headed, what's working, what's not, and where your marketing could take you.
